SUBMITTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - Back to News Page»

Expressions of Interest only need to be a paragraph on how the workshop or laboratory relates to your current practice, or future development. We request that the Expression of Interest is accompanied by a brief and up-to-date Biography. Again the biography doesn’t need to be long; a couple of paragraphs, but it needs to be up-to-date. We like to forward some details of participant’s current interests, range of experience and future aspirations or directions to the facilitators arriving from overseas, as many have little knowledge of the people who attend Critical Path activities. It gives the facilitators an opportunity to pitch their teaching at the appropriate level. For this reason we don’t want the biography to be long so as not to overwhelm facilitators with too much information.

Please send through your expressions of interest to projects@criticalpath.org.au . Receiving applications by email is great. They can be easily and appropriately stored and accessed and assist in our aim for (semi) paperless offices. However e-mails aren’t 100% reliable. They can be blocked, mislaid or wander around in cyperspace aimlessly. For that reason, I will be sending out a notification of receipt of application in the week following the deadline for applications. If you’ve sent through an application for a workshop and haven’t received a notification of receipt of application, please contact me. (Email as above or phone 02 9362 4023). This isn’t completely foolproof, as it also relies on digital notification, but it’s the best we can do.
